Cloud Systems IT Specialist - Help Desk & Ops

JC Formalwear Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to support all company technology and systems. The role covers incidents, problems and requests, across a range of technologies, including cloud platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce and Office 365.

You will liaise with multiple business areas and explain solutions in clear terms. This is an on-site role with safety protocols in place in our warehouses, offices and recording studios.
