  • Support consolidated group reporting and board reporting requirements.

  • Partner with FP&A teams to provide commercial insight and performance analysis.

  • Support external audit activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

  • Mentor junior team members and support their development.

  • Manage VAT returns and intercompany accounting activities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions and locations.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

  • Experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant role.

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and revenue recognition.

  • Experience preparing month-end reporting and reconciliations.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

  • Experience contributing to year-end audits.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Why IRIS?

  • Opportunity to work within a large, growing international business.

  • Exposure to finance transformation programmes and business critical projects.

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Career development opportunities across a diverse software group.

If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and work alongside talented finance professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
