The Role • Prospect new business and assigned leads to achieve sales goals. • Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend innovative solutions. • Build trusted relationships with commercial customers by providing empathetic problem-solving. • Utilize provided technology, including a company-provided iPad, to prepare sales agreements and stay organized. • Uphold safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer and coworker interactions. • Learn and effectively sell the company's products and services across various industries. What You'll Need • No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • A valid driver's license. • Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification (company-paid). • Physical capability to perform duties including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various environments.
