Job Description
- Oversee enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Lead system integration projects to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address application-related challenges.
- Develop and implement best practices for application management and integration.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technology initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Enterprise Application & Integration Lead should have:
- Experience with managing enterprise applications in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of system integration processes and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
