Job Description

• Oversee enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• Lead system integration projects to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address application-related challenges.
• Develop and implement best practices for application management and integration.
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technology initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise Application & Integration Lead should have:

• Experience with managing enterprise applications in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of system integration processes and technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
