The Role

• Contribute significantly to the structural and conceptual development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit.
• Provide professional leadership for a newly formed multidisciplinary team.
• Take responsibility for the diagnosis and therapy of children and adolescents, including treatment planning and supervision.
• Establish and implement quality assurance measures and outcome assessments for the new unit.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialized departments.
• Engage in internal training and potentially participate in scientific work and conferences.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Proven clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
