Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Partner Delivery Owner to support vendor-delivered technology solutions, SaaS platforms, and implementation initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), vendor delivery activities, risk management, and release readiness while working closely with Business, Product, Engineering, QE, and external partners.
<>Responsibilities- Coordinate delivery activities across external vendors, SaaS providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead CAT/UAT planning, readiness reviews, test execution coordination, defect tracking, and acceptance activities.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, issues, and release blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Work closely with Business, Product, QE, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Validate that vendor-delivered solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Track testing evidence, defect resolution, and readiness metrics.
- Communicate project status, risks, and impacts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive accountability across teams and vendors without direct authority.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Vendor Coordination, UAT/CAT, Release Readiness, Business Systems, or Software Implementation.
- Experience working directly with external technology vendors, implementation partners, or SaaS providers.
- Strong business-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in business terms.
- Experience managing risks, defects, dependencies, and release readiness activities.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery processes.
- Proven ability to independently own and coordinate an assigned workstream.
Note: This is a mid-level, hands-on role focused on delivery coordination, vendor governance, CAT/UAT, and release readiness. It is not a QA/Test Execution role.
