The Role

• Support the Head of Radiology in organizational and leadership tasks.
• Actively participate in patient care and operate modern radiological equipment.
• Monitor and ensure quality standards in radiological diagnostics.
• Train and guide new team members.
• Represent the Head of Radiology during their absence.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Radiotechnology Assistant (MTRA) or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in radiology, ideally with some leadership experience.
• Proficient knowledge in diagnostic radiology.
• Strong social skills, organizational talent, team player attitude, structured and responsible work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for process improvement and willingness to work weekends and be on call.
