Oracle EPM Solution Architect - Up to £100K

My client is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead high-impact transformation programmes across UK Local Government, Councils and Higher Education.

This is a client-facing, hands-on architecture role, owning end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM solution design from requirements and discovery through to implementation and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across Oracle Cloud EPM, particularly Planning (EPBCS), with exposure to FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Translate complex public-sector finance requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
• Design integrations with Oracle Cloud ERP and third-party finance systems.
• Lead workshops and engage confidently with Finance Directors, S151 Officers, university CFOs and IT leaders.
• Own design reviews, quality gates and technical delivery across EPM workstreams.
• Guide consultants, developers and offshore teams while mentoring junior EPM specialists.
• Support pre-sales, solution shaping, proposals, estimates and client presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years' Oracle EPM experience, including 3+ years in Solution Architecture.
• Minimum two full-life cycle UK Local Government or Higher Education EPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector budgeting, reporting and finance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• UK work eligibility and willingness to undergo BPSS/SC clearance.
