The Role • Provide responsible senior physician care, including medical management and supervision/training of junior doctors. • Actively contribute to the development and expansion of the Intermediate Care (IMC) unit's patient spectrum. • Participate regularly in on-call duties for the neuropediatric department to ensure continuous patient care. • Take ownership of the medical well-being of patients within the IMC setting. • Implement new strategies and approaches to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency. What You'll Need • Specialist physician qualification in Pediatrics with a subspecialty in Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology, or Pediatric Intensive Care. • Alternatively, a qualification as a specialist physician in Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesia. • Proven ability to provide comprehensive care for young patients. • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. • Commitment to continuous professional development and medical advancement.
