The Role • Conduct co-therapeutic patient discussions to support and deepen the therapeutic process. • Plan, structure, and lead co-therapeutic groups to foster participant interaction and development. • Provide support during meals and exposures, aiding in patient stabilization and self-efficacy. • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, actively participating in team meetings and contributing professional insights. • Offer holistic and empathetic individual support to patients throughout their treatment journey. • Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Educator (m/w/d). • Prior experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care is highly desirable. • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a passion for the work. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with patients and their families. • A curious mindset with an interest in professional development.
