This role requires a combination of low-code and pro-code development expertise, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered assistants and intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.

  • Build agentic AI applications, multi-agent workflows, and orchestration solutions using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, SDKs, and REST APIs.

  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, vector indexing, semantic search, prompt engineering, and enterprise knowledge grounding.

  • Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry to deliver scalable generative AI solutions.

  • Develop low-code automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse.

  • Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, including Cosmos DB, SQL databases, SaaS platforms, file systems, and Microsoft Graph.

  • Build and integrate APIs using Azure API Management, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Implement AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, content filtering, and governance best practices.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines, LLMOps, testing, monitoring, debugging, and production deployments.

  • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve business productivity, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related technical roles.

  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.

  • Strong practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.

  • Proven experience building and deploying AI agents using both Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.

  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, semantic search, and agent orchestration.

  • Proficiency in Python, including experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs.

  • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.

  • Familiarity with Azure API Management, MuleSoft, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure Integration Services.

  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI gateways, tool calling, and agent interoperability.

  • Experience with Git, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

  • Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and AI cost optimization (FinOps).

  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.

  • Experience with Azure AI Vision, Azure AI Video Indexer, OpenCV, or computer vision applications.

  • Exposure to AutoGen or other multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

  • Experience with LLMOps, model monitoring, and AI application lifecycle management.

  • Experience in retail technology, supply chain, merchandising, store operations, or customer experience.

  • Knowledge of demand forecasting, personalization, and intelligent process automation.
