Role: NASCO Senior Solution Architect/Solution Consultant

Location: Boston, MA (Remote)

Duration: long term contract

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of solution architecture or enterprise architecture experience, including 8+ years with NASCO healthcare payer platforms.
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience with deep knowledge of payer business processes and complex payer ecosystems.
• Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle NASCO implementations and large-scale SaaS/cloud implementations, including adoption and optimization strategies.
• Experience in customer-facing technical, solution consulting, or technical sales roles within enterprise B2B environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects, schedules, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables under pressure.

Knowledge and Capabilities:

• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, consultative influence, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to varied business and technical audiences.
• Proficiency with SaaS products, cloud and integration patterns, data and analytics, data modeling, databases, technical documentation, training, and business value articulation.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
