The Role • Lead the exchange and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily planning. • Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, accurate inventory management, and compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete the necessary certification for Operations Manager (HWK) or hold the certification already. • A driver's license (Class B) and good German language and PC skills. • Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
