The Role

• Lead and manage a team within a residential unit for 36 residents with psychiatric conditions and care requirements.
• Oversee and ensure the implementation of care concepts and quality assurance measures.
• Manage and document care processes and care planning.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals and relevant authorities.
• Provide professional guidance, onboarding, and development for staff members.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Additional qualification as a residential area manager.
• Confident and professional demeanor.
