Job Title: Integrations Technical Specialist
Location: Remote 
Duration: Contract – 12 months
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $34 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:

• Own technical triage for partner integration requests, investigating API errors, data discrepancies, configuration issues, onboarding blockers, and integration runtime behavior.
• Analyze support volume, API usage, partner behavior, and operational data using SQL, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends and recurring issues.
• Support partners through onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing operations, including live troubleshooting and coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams.
• Develop reusable diagnostic queries, dashboards, playbooks, documentation, and self-service resources to reduce repeat issues and improve resolution times.
• Translate technical findings into product, engineering, automation, and process improvement recommendations that improve integration reliability and partner experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in API integrations, technical partner support, implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar technical operations role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs, data flows, webhooks, configuration changes, and integration behavior.
• SQL or comparable query experience, with the ability to analyze datasets and use dashboards or BI tools to identify trends and quantify impact.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, API clients, ticketing systems, or AI tools such as Claude.
