The Role • Engage in practical phases with a local company to apply theoretical knowledge. • Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical school support. • Support colleagues in providing practical, goal-oriented, and pedagogical guidance within individual living environments, family life, and education. • Deepen your expertise in one of four specialization areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Related Social Work. What You'll Need • (Technical) Baccalaureate, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency equivalent to B2 level. • Demonstrated qualities of diligence, responsibility, and discretion. • High levels of empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience. • Previous experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
