The Role • Perform welding work on components made of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum according to technical drawings and instructions. • Prepare welding jobs, including cleaning, material preparation, and selecting the appropriate welding process. • Conduct quality control checks and rework as needed to ensure high standards. • Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards throughout the work process. • Handle tools and materials responsibly during all stages of production. What You'll Need • Completed training as a welder or a comparable qualification. • Experience in welding metal components using various methods such as TIG, MIG/MAG, or electrode. • A work approach characterized by independence, precision, and teamwork. • Willingness to work in shifts.
