Role: CRM Product Owner (Salesforce)

Client is supporting a banking client seeking a Salesforce CRM Product Owner to lead execution across Salesforce enhancement initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, owning backlog management, user story creation, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, requirements refinement, and UAT coordination.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management or Agile delivery experience
• Strong Salesforce / CRM background
• Backlog ownership and prioritization
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Sprint planning and Agile/Scrum delivery
• UAT coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience highly preferred
• Banking, wealth management, commercial banking or financial services experience preferred
