Solar Project Manager

We’re supporting the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial solar PV installation projects across the UK, from contract award through to commissioning and client handover. The role will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including rooftop, ground-mounted and solar carport installations, with responsibility for safe, on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery.

We’re looking for someone with experience managing commercial solar PV, electrical or renewable energy projects, a strong understanding of commercial solar PV systems, and experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners. You’ll also need strong commercial and financial awareness, knowledge of UK DNO processes including G98/G99, and excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with BESS or EV charging infrastructure is desirable, alongside qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH/NEBOSH, 18th Edition, or an Engineering/Construction-related degree or HNC/HND.

A full UK driving licence is required.
