The Role

• Spearhead the establishment and development of a specialized neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation unit (Phase B).
• Assume medical leadership responsibilities for the unit, functioning as an Oberarzt under the Neurology department.
• Foster and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across various departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Actively participate in on-call duty rotations.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and future of patient care within the organization.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Neurology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated personal commitment, strong teamwork skills, and exceptional empathy.
• Proven ability to communicate openly and respectfully.
