Pay, Schedule, and Location
$23.46-$29.32/hour
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead complex projects from initial planning through implementation while serving as the primary project advocate and point of communication
Provide operational and project support, ensuring project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and requirements are clearly understood and met
Manage project resources and finances, including monitoring and reporting hours against budgets when applicable
Lead working group meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, while tracking and following up on action items
Support proposal development, including project execution plans, estimates, compilation, and timely delivery
Support the Growth team in achieving departmental goals and provide tactical assistance to implement growth strategies
Track strategies within the growth business pipeline and develop monthly reports to communicate progress to the Chief Growth Officer
Build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to support leadership and business objectives
Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve pressing business issues while identifying potential solutions
Train and assist lower-level employees as needed
Support policies, procedures, workflows, and internal and external audits
Contribute to departmental goals, process improvement initiatives, and the annual business plan, along with other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of coordination experience required; 4+ years preferred or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
Ability to proactively identify challenges and communicate potential solutions to leadership
Ability to provide training and support to lower-level employees
Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and company policies
