SCADA Ignition Role

We are seeking a SCADA Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience, ideally in the Midstream Oil and Gas sector, to join our SCADA Support team. This position is the primary support resource for our Ignition SCADA platform, maintaining gateways, tags, alarms, security, and screens. You will be diagnosing and resolving ACM communication issues such as polling failures and comm-loss. You will verify that Management of Change (MOC) documentation is in place before performing work on regulated items and execute PHMSA-driven control room management tasks as required.

You will operate independently on high-impact and recurring issues, assist other support staff, and collaborate closely with field operations and control room personnel to keep data flowing reliably. Deep, hands-on expertise in Ignition administration, ACM/OPC communications troubleshooting, scripting, and database management is required, along with excellent communication, documentation, and judgment under time pressure.
