The Role • Provide professional nursing care and support to patients in various healthcare facilities and clinics in the Espelkamp region. • Undertake long-term assignments for enhanced planning security and consistency. • Ensure high-quality patient care through accurate documentation and quality assurance of nursing processes. • Actively contribute to and support on-site teams as a dedicated nursing professional. • Engage in diverse assignments that offer variety and professional development. What You'll Need • Completed training as a certified nurse, geriatric nurse, or general nurse. • Flexibility and strong teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts (night shifts optional). • Empathy and excellent communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues. • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
