Senior Director, Finance and Strategic Modeling

Senior Director of Finance and Strategic Modeling who will lead financial analysis and modeling for portfolio strategy, partnership evaluation, and long-range planning at an oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company. Reports to VP of FP&A and Strategy from headquarters in Redwood City, California.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models including P&L, valuation, NPV, and DCF analyses
Develop financial models supporting business development and corporate strategy initiatives
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform portfolio decisions
Partner with commercial and program management teams to align assumptions and projections
Deliver financial insights and recommendations on single assets and broader portfolio strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years finance, banking, or consulting experience
Advanced Excel-based financial modeling capability
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
Self-directed work style with initiative and resourcefulness
Oncology industry experience preferred
