Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a SCRUM Master to join support an enterprise application team in the greater Columbia, SC area.

The SCRUM master will be responsible for facilitating Scrum agile processes with application project, guiding the Agile delivery teams'' activities and ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high- quality solutions.
duties:
  • responsible for removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to 
    include daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives.
  • work closely with the product owners, stakeholders, and product development teams to
    ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of
    quality
  • serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
  • Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint
    review, and sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile
    principles.
  • • Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years working as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
  • Leading scrum activities for application teams
