We're looking for a Residential Service & Selling Electrician who knows their stuff, connects with customers, and takes pride in doing things RIGHT.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues like a pro.
- Educate homeowners and confidently present repair, replacement, and upgrade options.
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Use modern tools and technology to work smarter.
- Partner with dispatch and your teammates to keep things rolling.
- Deliver safe, high-quality work and a 5-star customer experience.

- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- MN Journeyman license required
- Hands-on residential electrical experience
- Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
- Strong communication and technical electrical skills
- Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Compensation
$50–$60/hour+
OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually — and yes, top performers blow past that.
