My client is an Insurancec ompany based in London who are going through a period of mass transformation. They are looking for an experienced Data Modeller to establish a common, pragmatic approach to data modelling across multiple business units and domains. You will ensure that data assets brought onto the new platform are consistent, interoperable, and fully reusable for reporting and auditing.

The ideal candidaet will have some insurance experience but for the right person they can learn the industry on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a common, practical approach to data modelling across diverse data products.
• Align data structures across multiple source systems and business domains.
• Support interoperability and long-term reuse of enterprise data assets.
• Balance rapid delivery speed with structural coherence and data quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong practical data modelling background in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting modern data products and analytical use cases.
• Ability to work iteratively and pragmatically in a fast-moving setup environment.

The role requires the successful candite to work onsite 1 day a week either in London or York, remote the rest of the time.
