Must-Have Skills:

• Experience assessing Ethics & Compliance programs for large multinational organizations, including evaluations against DOJ ECCP guidance
• Strong expertise in compliance program design/effectiveness, regulatory governance, monitoring/testing, and culture & conduct risk.
• Experience evaluating global compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions, preferably in technology, marketplace, or regulated industries.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Experience with complex, multinational compliance assessments.
