Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop AI and advanced analytics solutions that improve business profitability, operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience.

The role focuses on Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, NLP, Information Retrieval, and advanced analytics, working closely with business partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop algorithms and models using large datasets.

• Apply advanced analytical and statistical methodologies to solve business problems.

• Develop AI-driven solutions for automation and customer experience.

• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, presentations, project updates, and technical documentation.

• Work with business partners to define project goals and priorities.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Collaborate on workload, resources, recruiting, and hiring.

• Identify opportunities to leverage data science as a competitive advantage.

• Develop reusable algorithms, data products, process documentation, and best practices.

• Support model productionization and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Data Science experience, particularly with AI-focused solutions.

• Python and SQL.

• Google BigQuery or similar data platforms.

• Advanced statistics and data analysis.

• Generative AI / Agentic AI.

• Conversational AI / NLP / Information Retrieval / Search.

• Experience with large datasets and algorithm development.

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong business communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agentic workflows and custom tool calling.

• AI reasoning/tracing tools such as LangSmith.

• RAG and vector database architectures.

• Multimodal AI and unstructured data processing.

• Similarity scoring and attribute matching.

• Stateful AI applications maintaining context across sessions/devices.

• B2B e-commerce, supply chain, or trade-related experience.
