Strong Communicators Needed for Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - Brazoria County, US

Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program in Brazoria County, US, as a Home Consultant and help uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected of the luxury homes in Airbnb’s Luxe offering.

As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Consultants typically complete home consultations in approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on property size.

Please note: This project operates on an as-needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate throughout the duration of the program and is not guaranteed. Some weeks may have higher activity levels, while others may be lighter depending on operational demand and market needs.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-person home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
• Complete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of properties, using provided guidelines and templates.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation.

Compensation Structure

This opportunity offers compensation on a per-assignment basis. Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home.

Average base rates within this region generally range from $75–$90 USD for a one-bedroom property.

An additional $5 USD will be added for each additional bedroom, up to a maximum of eight bedrooms. Properties with more than eight bedrooms will be compensated at the eight-bedroom rate.

Base Compensation Examples

• 1-bedroom home: Your proposed base rate
• 2-bedroom home: Base rate + $5
• 3-bedroom home: Base rate + $10
• 4-bedroom home: Base rate + $15
• 5-bedroom home: Base rate + $20
• 6-bedroom home: Base rate + $25
• 7-bedroom home: Base rate + $30
• 8+ bedroom home: Base rate + $35

Travel Compensation

In addition to the consultation fee, consultants will receive travel compensation for each day they conduct an assessment. The amount will be based on the consultant’s distance from the assessment location.

• Relevant experience: A background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule: You can accommodate consultation appointments based on operational needs.
• Reliable transportation: You are willing and able to travel to assigned locations.
• Required equipment: You own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos.
• Excellent communication: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail: You are thorough, accurate, and observant when evaluating properties.
• English proficiency: You are proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical proficiency: You are comfortable using digital tools and can complete reports with a stable internet connection.
• Location: You are located within a one-hour driving distance of the job posting location for which you are applying.
