The Role

• Serve as a cashier and stocker, taking on lead responsibilities in the absence of store management.
• Execute store operations including receiving, stocking, and merchandising inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with locating products and maintaining store presentation.
• Manage cash register operations, including accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met.
• Support store opening and closing procedures as directed.

What You'll Need

• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and cash handling procedures.
• Experience with cash register operations and an understanding of security and cash control policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a supervisory or related role.
