ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Remote

Level / experience: Principal-grade, 8+ years in program or engagement management, ideally within ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS delivery.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required

2x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - a documented exception may be authorised for this role; strong PM credentials can substitute - Optional

Project/program management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) - required

Primary responsibilities:

Own coordination of the full delivery pod across concurrent AISP and RAD engagements.

Run demand management to drive the highest sustainable utilisation across the technical bench.

Manage the ~11 customer roles that attend AISP sessions (executive sponsor, platform owner, PMO, architects, etc.) and keep senior stakeholders engaged.

Own RAG reporting cadence, customer satisfaction measurement, and escalation into the ServiceNow AI Center of Excellence.

Track assist consumption - sessions delivered is not the measure; consumption is.

Sequence delivery geographically (AMS-first given the 60% weighting) and manage time zone coverage for EMEA and APAC.
