The Role

• Provide critical care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment on specialized units.
• Manage advanced life support interventions, including ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer complex medications and therapies, including sedatives, analgesics, and vasoactive drugs.
• Execute emergency protocols and resuscitation measures as needed.
• Maintain meticulous patient documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists.

What You'll Need

• Licensed Nurse or equivalent qualification in nursing, with specialized training or experience in intensive care.
• Proven ability to make critical decisions and perform under pressure.
• Valid driver's license for flexible deployment.
• Strong understanding of patient monitoring technologies and procedures.
• Proficient in managing airways and mechanical ventilation.
• Experience with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
