We're hiring on behalf of a leading national provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with a vast network of over 7,000 professionals and more than 45 years of established trust. The Role

• Engage with customers within a national retail home improvement store.
• Initiate friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors.
• Represent a trusted brand in the residential services sector.

What You'll Need

• A willingness to approach and engage with shoppers.
• A friendly and outgoing personality; sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours during your shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from your assigned retail location.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Availability for weekend retail hours, including some holidays.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
