Job Description

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team at a Seed-stage AI voice SaaS company, building tools that help businesses automate customer interactions. You will own features end to end across AI products, agent configuration, integrations, and the systems behind them, with a direct impact on customer problems and product direction.

What You'll Do

  • Build AI-powered tools that configure agents, troubleshoot issues, connect to external systems, and make information accessible through direct answers.

  • Develop and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and quality.

  • Extend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email, with shared memory and state.

  • Build memory systems that support reasoning across complete customer workflows.

  • Improve observability and tracing so teams can understand and resolve unsuccessful interactions.

  • Help agents select the right communication channel for each interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience building and owning production product features and distributed systems.

  • Production backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript, alongside full-stack experience across frontend and backend.

  • Experience with real-time audio or voice infrastructure, AI agents or LLMs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Strong software fundamentals, product judgment, and a bias toward action and business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with React, Vite, TanStack, Node.js, Temporal or other workflow orchestration tools, communication integrations, and observability tools is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is €85,000 to €160,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
