We're hiring on behalf of an established manufacturing company that values its production team and is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join their operations in the Vechta district. The Role

• Operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC-controlled lathes, including parameter settings.
• Processing orders according to the work schedule within the ERP system.
• Creating and selecting manufacturing programs based on drawings and orders.
• Performing quality checks (first part and intermediate checks) using measuring instruments.
• Troubleshooting issues and carrying out maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan.

What You'll Need

• Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes.
• Completed apprenticeship as a Zerspanungsmechaniker or comparable qualification.
• Basic PC and ERP system skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
