Project Manager - Mid Level (W2) (Less than 10 years Total Experience)

Title: Project Manager - Mid Level

Location: MN 414 OR Roseville Centrepoint OR Denver, CO. MN highly preferred. 3 days a week in office, Tues-Thurs.

Must haves/top skills required:
Approximately 2-5 years of project management, PMO coordination, governance, transformation delivery, or related enterprise project experience.

Experience supporting project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, meeting follow-ups, and action tracking.

Ability to create clear status updates, meeting notes, leadership materials, dashboards, or governance summaries from multiple inputs.

Working knowledge of project lifecycle, governance, stage gate, risk management, or PMO practices; direct enterprise PMO experience is preferred but not required.

Comfort using or learning tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and related reporting or collaboration platforms.

Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA, SAP project delivery, utility industry, transformation program, or formal PMP/Agile training/certification exposure.

Ideal candidate background and how many years required:

Ideal candidate is an intermediate Project Manager II-level resource with approximately 2-5 years of relevant PM, PMO, governance, transformation, or enterprise delivery experience.

This should be someone with a few years of practical PM experience who is ready for more complex exposure, wants to grow professionally, and can operate with guidance while still independently managing assigned work.

The ideal candidate is not an entry-level or junior resource, but also does not need to be a senior program manager.
