Job Overview
The AES Group is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Project Manager to support the launch of Battery Electric Products and Charging Solutions across global markets. This role will work closely with Engineering, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Purchasing, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects supporting the global introduction of battery electric products and chargers.
• Develop go-to-market processes covering regulatory, commercial, supply chain, recycling, and import/export requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, actions, roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Manage projects to schedule, scope, and budget using project management methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, track action items, and drive execution.
• Identify risks, gaps, roadblocks, and dependencies; communicate status and recommendations to leadership.
• Support market and customer requirements by translating them into actionable business and operational needs.
• Establish processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones, including teams in the US and UK.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in project/program management, business operations, process development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and process flows.
• Ability to evaluate requirements, commercial considerations, costs, and business processes.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Mossville, IL, 5 days per week.
