Job Description

TO THE NEW (TTN) is looking for a seasoned Sales Leader with extensive experience working with clients across industries.

The ideal candidate would have worked in an IT Services Organization and have a background in selling any or all of the following Digital Technology offerings

Product Design & Technical Architecture Consulting

Custom Web/Mobile Applications

CMS Implementation

DevOps Automation

Cloud Migration

24/7 Managed Services

Data Engineering

Quality Engineering

The Sales Lead will spearhead Sales and Business Development efforts in the US market, manage Client Relationships, and deliver on revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads by identifying and engaging prospects with initiative and creativity

  • Build and grow strong client relationships through empathy, trust, and consistent engagement

  • Drive account revenue by positioning and selling TTN services and solutions to address client needs

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies and plans

  • Design and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies

  • Own and deliver against agreed revenue targets

  • Define and execute client engagement strategies and account plans

  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing teams, and Business Heads to develop proposals and present solutions to prospects and clients

  • Track, organize, and report sales activities and performance metrics

  • Identify and develop new revenue streams through market-relevant solutions and IPs

  • Accurately forecast revenue and continuously refine sales pitch and positioning based on market feedback

Qualifications

  • 8 15 years of total industry experience, with at least 5 years as a Sales Lead in an IT Services organization

  • Proven sales hunting experience selling technology services in a small to mid-size offshore or hybrid company

  • Prior sales and/or delivery experience, or strong familiarity with modern cloud-based technologies

  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Prior experience working with offshore teams is highly desirable
