Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to support the evaluation and improvement of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise in enterprise IT, systems management, and technology strategy to create, review, and validate realistic business scenarios that help improve AI performance.

No prior experience with AI is required. Comprehensive project guidance will be provided, and your domain expertise will be the primary driver of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and solve real-world enterprise IT and systems management scenarios to evaluate AI capabilities.
• Create clear, structured documentation covering IT operations, infrastructure, governance, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.
• Review AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to improve AI understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, IT service management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute expertise in IT project delivery, system integration, risk management, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Systems Manager, IT Manager, Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Manager, or Technology Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with IT governance, project management methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and evaluate complex technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications, IT service management (ITSM), or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with automation, DevOps practices, virtualization, or infrastructure management tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional or globally distributed teams.
