The Role

• Develop and guide customers from initial consultation to the realization of their dream gardens for projects like patios, raised beds, and ponds.
• Utilize modern presentation and planning tools to cater to individual customer needs and preferences.
• Provide end-to-end service, from consultation and sales to assisting with project implementation.
• Advise customers throughout the garden creation process and connect them with reputable craftspeople.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft, technical, or commercial field (e.g., landscaping, gardening, carpentry, farming, agricultural science).
• Enthusiasm for modern garden concepts and creativity in bringing garden dreams to life.
• Strong customer orientation, sales talent, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Enjoyment of working with modern presentation and planning tools, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications.
