Senior Member of Commercial Staff

About the Role

Join a fast growing energy technology company and help build cross functional commercial capability as the organization scales. You will collaborate with leaders across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support and partner management and work from the Berlin office to implement durable operating systems that enable growth and trust in a regulated sector.

What You'll Do

• Tackle varied commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support and partnerships as the business grows.

• Own problems end to end from scoping to execution and deliver work you are proud of.

• Shift scope and priorities as the business evolves and focus on what matters most.

• Help shape operating practices and processes while contributing to a culture of ownership and craftsmanship.

• Collaborate in person in Berlin to drive cross functional alignment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a high performance environment such as a growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional services, or hospitality.

• Versatile background in banking, legal, operations, partnerships or another domain that adds commercial leverage.

• Fast learner who can go from novice to effective quickly by talking to experts and thinking from first principles.

• Strong interpersonal style, kind and engaging but capable of pushing for results.

• Proactive owner who identifies and fixes broken processes without waiting for approval.

• Fluency in German (C1+) is required and willingness to work on site in Berlin five days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range provided: 75,000 EUR to 100,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship: not available for this role.
