What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
Learn about each customer’s needs, budget, and lifestyle
Demonstrate new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle technology, safety features, and financing options
Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in customers
Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
Work with managers to achieve monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience, retail experience, hospitality, customer service, or automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable learning new technology
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
