The Role

• Set up and operate processing machinery
• Perform quality checks and relevant documentation
• Conduct maintenance, cleaning, and preventative servicing of machinery
• Ensure on-time delivery and operational readiness of equipment
• Support testing of new technologies and processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• High degree of responsibility and a self-directed, goal-oriented work approach
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
