Job Summary:
As the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager at Bomnin Automotive, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of vehicle sales transactions. Your role will involve working closely with customers to secure financing, selling additional F&I products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in helping our customers secure the best financing options and protect their automotive investments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Sales:
Meet with customers to discuss their financing and insurance needs.
Present financing options and additional F&I products to customers in a clear manner.
Assist customers in completing financing applications and securing approval.
Provide expert guidance on F&I products, including extended warranties, service contracts, and insurance.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure that all financing and insurance transactions are conducted in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all F&I transactions.
Review and explain all financing and insurance paperwork to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.

Customer Service

Build rapport with customers and establish trust to facilitate the F&I process.
Address customer questions and concerns regarding financing and insurance options.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the sales process and enhance the customer experience.
Communicate effectively with the Finance Operations Director and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Product Knowledge

Stay informed about the latest F&I products and financing options.
Attend training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Performance Metrics

Meet or exceed sales targets and financial goals established by the dealership.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to F&I activities.
