Title: Medicaid Tester

Location: Raleigh, NC
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Medicaid Tester / QA Tester with strong experience in Medicaid/Healthcare applications and government-regulated environments.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Medicaid applications and systems.
  • Mandatory experience with FedRAMP.
  • Mandatory experience with GovRAMP / StateRAMP.
  • Experience testing government or public-sector healthcare applications.
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong experience with API testing and SQL/database testing.
  • Experience creating test cases, executing test scenarios, and managing defects.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar.
  • Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.


Medicaid Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment
  • Medicaid Claims
  • Member Management
  • Provider Management
  • Benefits
  • Prior Authorization
  • MMIS
  • Healthcare EDI/interfaces
  • State Medicaid systems

Good to Have

  • Cloud Migration experience.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • DevOps / CI/CD experience.
  • Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Test automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
  • Experience supporting application migration to government cloud environments.

Ideal Candidate

Medicaid Testing + FedRAMP + GovRAMP/StateRAMP experience is mandatory.

Cloud Migration and DevOps experience are good to have, and candidates can have either or both.
