Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Treasury II. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you’ll build a strong foundation for a career in Corporate Treasury by developing a deep understanding of the bank’s balance sheet, liquidity profile, regulatory framework and key business drivers. You’ll make an impact in the following ways:
•    Develop hands-on expertise in preparation of FR 2052a, LCR and NSFR, connecting regulatory requirements to the bank’s balance sheet, funding profile and broader Treasury strategy.
•    Analyze significant liquidity movements and emerging trends, investigate underlying business drivers, and translate findings into insights for Treasury stakeholders.
•    Identify reporting and data gaps, strengthen controls, and help improve the quality, integrity and efficiency of Treasury information used for decision-making.
•    Partner on regulatory and reporting enhancements, testing changes in the QA environment and helping ensure solutions are robust before they reach production.
•    Prepare analysis for supervisory and regulatory inquiries, senior management and ALM committees, gaining exposure to how liquidity matters are communicated and governed at senior levels.
•    Work across Corporate Treasury, Risk, Finance, Technology and the businesses on initiatives that broaden your understanding of the firm and build the skills needed to grow into a well-rounded Treasury professional.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in finance, economics, accounting, business analytics or information systems.
•    2–3 years of work experience in liquidity, external reporting, finance or a related area preferred.
•    Interest in developing expertise in bank balance sheets, liquidity management and regulatory frameworks, including FR 2052a, LCR and NSFR.
•    Axiom, SQL and Power BI experience preferred but not required; curiosity and an appetite to build analytical and technical skills are important.
•    Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to connect data movements to underlying business activity.
•    Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across multiple partners and contribute effectively in a fast-paced Treasury environment.
