Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist role supporting Baxter's cardiac monitoring business operations in Houston. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer accounts, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving customer inquiries across multiple systems.

Responsibilities
Process, review, and track customer and sales orders according to established procedures
Respond to customer, patient, and sales inquiries regarding orders, inventory, and shipments
Create and maintain customer accounts in NetSuite and Validic with accurate documentation
Partner with third-party warehouse provider to resolve shipment issues and discrepancies
Support lead processing, new account setup, and inventory management activities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years customer service, sales support, or order management experience
Experience processing orders and maintaining customer accounts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with CRM systems or customer management platforms preferred
Healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred
Compensation:
$19.75 per hour
