Delivery Practice Lead

• Coach and mentor technology leaders to strengthen delivery leadership capability
• Help teams adopt and embed modern delivery practices and ways of working
• Facilitate workshops, forums and conversations that create alignment and momentum
• Support rollout of Netwealth's AI-enabled Product Development Lifecycle
• Identify systemic delivery challenges and partner with leaders to solve them
• Use data and evidence to drive continuous improvement and better outcomes
• Create practical tools, guidance and learning resources
• Work across Product and Technology to improve delivery effectiveness
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders and senior stakeholders on planning, prioritisation, delivery flow, stakeholder alignment and organisational effectiveness
• Help shape the AI-PDLC Reimagining initiative and build sustainable organisational capability

Requirements

• Expertise improving delivery effectiveness across multiple teams or complex technology environments, often without direct authority
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Track record of developing Engineering Managers, Delivery Leads or Product Leaders to achieve better outcomes
• Expertise leading and embedding significant delivery, agile or organisational change initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and introduce appropriate governance, structure and delivery discipline
• Confidence partnering with technical and product leaders on priorities, dependencies and delivery challenges
• Practical understanding of modern software delivery, agile practices and organisational change
• Curiosity about how AI is reshaping the Product Development Lifecycle
• Desire to apply emerging AI capabilities to improve planning, delivery and organisational effectiveness
• Background in Delivery Leadership, Agile Coaching, Product Delivery, Software Delivery Management or Operational Excellence

Demonstrates expertise in improving delivery effectiveness and leading agile change initiatives across complex technology environments. Capable of coaching and mentoring technology leaders while leveraging AI to enhance product development and organizational capabilities.
