Job Description

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for a long term customer in Lancaster, NY. The customer is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who has 3 years experience with experience who is comfortable working on industrial machines and equipment in warehouse spaces.

 

Pay Rate: $23-26 an hour

 

Hours: 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM

  

Responsibilities:

  •  Hydraulics
  • Electrical
  • Pneumatics
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Trouble shooting
  • Repair of non ferrous metal machinery
  • Must have own basic set of tools
  • able to follow rules and safety procedure
  • STWB
  • utilize safety equipment properly
  • Monday - Friday 7:15a-3:45pm (possible overtime)
  • General Safety Rules including Lockout/Tagout
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to perform routine bending
  • Able to learn and follow work instructions and safety rules
  • Hands on work with ability to be save and accept supervision
  • 3 years general mechanical experience
